Here is my just-completed single-speed conversion of my bike! I love it, other than the gearing being a little tall yet-----I'm working on that! It feels like a new bike-super quiet and smooth. Well worth the time and effort!! I ended up adding a shop-built chain tensioner made out of an old jockey wheel and part of the cage.
