Well done sir.

Your saddle height to handlebar height difference is giving me back spasams just looking at it. I don't think I was ever that flexible.

I guess I spend most of my time on the hoods but I do go down in the drops in strong headwinds and when I need maximum braking security... downhilling.

I have a problem with lumbago which surfaces about once a year and
lasts about a week but I keep it in check by doing lots of sit ups using the philosophy that a strong stomach protects the lower back. Seems to work for me since I am 54 and still riding without a bunch of spacers under the stem.
