Super frame and fork, but it came with Mavic Aksium Race and that's the least suitable wheelset I've ever had for my weight. Swithced to Shimano WH-RS30 last year. Also replaced the very cheap feeling and uncomfortable Scott saddle with a candy for my ass - Fizik Arione
This spring, I upgraded from Shimano 105 triple to the new Ultegra 6700 with compact crank set - the complete series including the new Ultegra Road Tubeless wheelset. I suppose this is Shimano's best balance between price and quality. From here, you mainly pay for lower weight
Brakes and gear shifting is SO much better than 105 that I could hardly believe it. Especially the front derailleur is incredibly fast and precise. I also think it's nice to finally have the gear cables under the bartape
I have Hutchinson Fusion 3 clinchers on my wheels, and I'm never going back from Road Tubeless again. It's very comfortable and absolutely no stops due to flats. I've seen some traces of repairs done by the protective liquid inside the tyres, but no stops so far - after 350 km on pretty bad roads. The tyres also have very low rolling resistance and good cornering grip.
Next step will be to replace the handlebar and stem. Either Pro Stealth Evo or FSA K-Wing compact, I think. But don't tell my wife
