Don't take this the wrong way, but.... well, there's no way to say this gently: That is one ugly bike.

I wish I could say I appreciate your opinion, but, well, I can't.

Well, it's just that: my opinion. Worth the electrons it's printed on.

I will say this: It's in remarkably good shape.

Must concur with Doo, there maybe was a time when I would have thought otherwise....very hiQ pic though!!!!

A fantasy: I imagine myself (on your steed) winding out in lo from a stoplight (maybe even burning a bit of rubber in
the loose sand by the intersection) and then gritting my teeth while grinning and grasping the gearshift lever, suddenly trusting it.. shifting 2 cogs at once without slowing the cadence... catapulting forward.... as a 7 year old
crewcut kid ogles me with an open mouth, right beside me in the back seat of an Impala staion wagon that I am keeping pace with...

-waking up from my daydream a little confused- WTF! where am I? What century are we in??

It's a old bike from a different time. While I like my modern automobiles, I also like the Edsel and a 57 chevy. I would never say this compares in any way to a modern road bike, and admittedly a bit on the kitchy side. Think
