Better yet, you could get a musical horn with pre-programmed tunes/sounds or program your own into it. I had one on a "bomber" I drove in the late 80's, it was a lot of fun (and corny, lol)
My horn did have the Aw-Uga sound in it, I did use it sometimes.

I like anything which helps raise drivers' awareness of cyclists' existence. Active emergency measures are especially sweet.
That said, I'd be interested in seeing how this product improves on the existing Airzound offering. That is powered solely by air from your bike pump while this relies on a battery. While not downing either product, I'd like to know what the battery buys you that mere compressed air does not.
Interesting. Either way, I'm in favor of such products. Cyclists need a way to be heard out on the road.
