If any of you have phoned in to Zipp to order anything, you might have had dealings with Jim Douglas. When I ordered my 303s a few years back, I had extensive email and phone correspondence with him. He was very pleasant and helpful. Seemed like a extremely nice guy. He was killed in a non-bike related car accident last weekend. Sad news.
