Help With Cannondale CAD2 Team Saeco

Serial code shows it as a Nov 97' bike. Full Shimano 105 componets.
Allot of the serial code is hard to read due to an uneven application on frame
or paint fill. Anyone have any knowledge of this period of Cannondale?
Any help would be most appreciated. Other pics in my gallery.http://www.twospoke.com/forum/members/cyclejunkie/albums/cyclejunkie-pics/

It sort of depends on what you are looking for. I found a scan of the 1997 Cannondale catalog http://sanaandterry.com/cannondale/year/1997/1997.pdf it is a PDF and has all the information you could want regarding the bike including measurements and components as shipped from Cannondale.

If it were me I would call Cannondale and ask them to see if they had information about it. From the looks of it and the extra decals and such it may have been an actual team bike ridden by a team member for racing and was sold when it was replaced by a newer fancier model.

You have to go up in order to come down. Why is the up part always so steep?
