Needing help identifing Gioia bicycle

I recently purchased a single speed bicycle at an Estate sale. I am looking for any information that may be available about origin of manufacture and a date of manufacture. The frame is labeled with Gioia in several locations and the frame below the seat is stamped 1239 . I have not been able to find anything about this "Gioia" bicycle on the internet. Thank you for any help that may be offered.

Tommy

Indeed. Chainrings and rear hubs are helpful in identifying a bike.

I have these four pictures. I did look at the hub and it had no writing only several grooves circling the hub.
