Why is it that no one has ever told me about these places when I ride the trail? I could be missing out on some darn good eating.

I wanted to do this ride, but not going to be able to make it. Got my new bike, but ran into a few setbacks, and as a result I'm not even going to get my first ride on it until today. Was hoping to get a few rides on it by now, but didn't happen. I'll keep my eyes open for the next one.

Sorry that you couldn't make the ride. It was a little cool and windy when we started but a really great 30 mile ride. We all agreed that we will be doing this ride again when the mornings aren't so cool.

Some photos of the Withlacoochee 50+ ride. The battery on my cell was very low because I forgot to kill all the apps running in the background. The GPS usage in my Cyclemeter app drained the battery and I couldn't take any photos. Photos are from some of the other riders.

Break time at the local bake shop along the trail. Pies weren't baked yet, so I was looking for an alternative - ended up with some really good oatmeal raisin cookies.
