I put in Star Trek and spent 30 minutes on the trainer last night. Currently, I have my MTB (Trek Antelope 800) set up on it, and I need to make a few adjustments to make these trainer sessions a little more enjoyable.

If anyone has the opportunity to try Farrell's out, I would recommend it. The only complaint I have is that I probably over did it during my 2 day trial, because I really couldn't use my arms the better part of yesterday. Lesson learned, I just need to stay in better shape and stuff like this wouldn't happen.

I put the SuperSix on the trainer tonight, and spent 30 minutes on it. Watching Star Trek The Original Series pilot episode The Cage also helped.

I set my goal for the next 30 days at 15 hours. 30 minutes a day on the trainer (minimum), core exercises, push ups, setups, some weight training and maybe some light running are going to be a regular part of my days from now on. Time to get back in shape.

I melted some tire this evening... I spent a little over 50 minutes on the trainer and got 20 miles in at an average speed of 23.6 mph.

Distance: 20.06 mi
Time: 51:02
Avg Speed: 23.6 mph
Elevation Gain: 0 ft
Calories: 613 C
Avg Temperature: 69.3 °F

Avg HR: 129 bpm
Max HR: 151 bpm

Avg Bike Cadence: 81 rpm
Max Bike Cadence: 100 rpm

I'm a little ahead of my goal of 15 hours on the trainer in 30 days, I'm just planning on smashing that goal anyway. I watched Star Trek The Original Series Season 1, Episode 2, The Man Trap while "spinning". Overall it was a really good ride.

I also started up the 100 Pushup Challenge again (there is a website and an app/ http://hundredpushups.com/#sthash.3YKrKmyJ.dpbs) and completed the initial test with 23 pushups. That puts me in week 3 of the challenge... 72 pushups tomorrow.

I also lifted some weights for a few minutes. Good workout today!

I put another 30 minutes in on the trainer tonight. I also watched another episode of Star Trek The Original Series, Season 1, Episode 3 "Charlie X". I'm looking forward to the next episode... it's actually the episode that got me wanting to watch the entire series (enough about sci-fi).

Very uneventful... I'm also having a "translation" issue on Strava.com, I'm uploading my ride from my Garmin Edge 800 and it gives me some crazy average speeds... tonight my average speed was 46.0 mph but, my max speed was only 29.2 mph (the max speed is correct). Anyone else had this happen?

Well, I've got some pushups to do...

Just under 3 hours for the week so far. 59.18 miles since Saturday night, and I'm feeling much better. Star Trek Season 1, Episode 4 "Where No Man Has Gone Before" was a pretty good episode. Looking forward to a movie on Saturday...

I hit the 4 hour mark today. Good ride and I'm getting accustomed to riding in the house. I watched Dr. Strange the animated Marvel movie... well, most of it.

At this pace, I could do a metric century in a little over 2 hours... anyone want to do a metric century time challenge in a few weeks?
