I'm a little ahead of my goal of 15 hours on the trainer in 30 days, I'm just planning on smashing that goal anyway. I watched Star Trek The Original Series Season 1, Episode 2, The Man Trap while "spinning". Overall it was a really good ride.
I also started up the 100 Pushup Challenge again (there is a website and an app/ http://hundredpushups.com/#sthash.3YKrKmyJ.dpbs
) and completed the initial test with 23 pushups. That puts me in week 3 of the challenge... 72 pushups tomorrow.
I also lifted some weights for a few minutes. Good workout today!
