Locating Trails

How do you guys go about finding routes and trails in your area? Internet? Newspaper? Word of mouth?

Join your local mountain biking club. Most have websites, group rides, and members who are more than willing to show new members around the trails.

Word of mouth and exploring - around the Philly area, they are spreading and intersecting all over the place. It's hard to keep up with the new trails being laid out.
