I had 3 layers of everything on... Even socks and I lost all feeling in my feet at around mile 12. I still managed to push out a 16.7 mph pace... About 3 mph off normal pace. Cycling in cold weather sucks. But it beats a trainer any day.

Does anyone have the Kurt Kinetic Rock n Roll? It is going to get to the point where I can't ride outside... I was looking at this trainer. Any reviews? Any advice? My main concern is damaging my beautiful carbon bike.

Found a new park. Ran next to the little voxal while he rode his bike. He found some hills and was crazy on the downhill. I expected him to be afraid, but nope.

He sounds like a chip off the old Vox.

Omni,
That curvy section. Humm.

today's ride was colder than advertised grey and cold. My riding buddy backed out so it was a solo trip as well, 22 miles, First past the cotter Buffalo fire department's fire boat.

2nd Shot general mills was making cheerios and it smelled great.

Last shot naval services park in downtown the USS little rock, the USS croaker submarine and the USS Sullivan

Where are you located? Is that a rail to trail or just a people trail at the park? We actually have a pretty impressive people trail here in Columbus, IN. Currently it's around 26-30 miles and expanding.
