Nice pics, Buffalo! I've gotten to visit Sedona a few times, and remember it with fondness. Such a beautiful place! Wonderful that you got to ride there. I'm envious

yeah it was beautiful, but we left buffalo to get some warm weather. but at least we found out that it only snows once every three years or so! just our luck it would be on the day we were there. We drove up from phoenix, we did get some warm weather there. the snow had melted and left about 1" on muck on the trail. It was awesome to see but I now have a new found respect for all of you mountain bikers out there. I'm used to bike paths and streets...

My riding partner.
I almost ran him off the road, trying to take his pic.

A beautiful day in the 60's. that's a good +\- 40 difference from last week.
The boys and I took a stroll thru the park. We had a great ride.

Spent last week visiting Jackson, WY. Didn't get as many miles in as I'd have liked, but I was able to bring and ride my bike! Weather went from 25*f to over 50.

Current end of pavement at the South end of Grand Teton Nat'l Park. The breeze over the snow was very chilly here; temp was ~25*f.

I love the way snow changes a landscape.

A scenic pullout. Note the informative sign on the right.

This little road would be terrifying with lots of summer traffic, but was great in the off-season.

It was really neat to ride alongside a snowbank taller than my bike. No image manipulation.

Newleaf,

Thank you for sharing your trip.
I'm envious!
I was fortunate enough to visit that same area early last summer. Traffic wasn't bad (yet) and I longed for a bike to ride.
Beautiful!!
I love it.
