The TECO Auburndale Trail in Auburndale Florida (south of Orlando) is a 5.5 mile paved multi-use flat trail that is accessible from Gen. Van Fleet State Trail in Polk County, Lake Myrtle Park and Lake Myrtle Sports Complex. The TECO Auburndale Trail connects to the Gen. Van Fleet State Trail which begins north of I-4 at Commonwealth Avenue in Polk City. My visit here was on 12-14-11.
