I got carded recently for buying a spray can of carburetor cleaner. The guy at the counter said the teenagers buy it to inhale it... really?

I'm sure it happens every day at the place that asked me to prove I was old enough to buy beer. Their policy is to card everyone. I saw one old geezer get in an argument over it. I don't blame him.

I'm vain enough to be flattered, but I can't pretend they think I look 20 with all these gray whiskers on my chin!

Today I became one of those old geezers that passes 30somethings going up hill.

Try your local pharmacist. Tell him what you want the vitamin to do for you. Not all vitamins are the same or work the same. Your pharmacist should get you on the right track.

My brother who is ten years my senior is in good physical condition. He and his wife eat very healthy diets and exercise regularly. One day when visiting them I noticed a large bottle of Flintstone vitamins on the counter. Seeing as they never had children I inquired if the vitamins were for their dogs. Nope they were for them they take one a day and thats all they needed to suppliment their diets. Thats it carry on.

I had a few years walking with a cane. At the time I had a mixte bike and really liked it.

The standard men's bikes I had to tilt to get a leg over.

Test your brain. Here's a simple jigsaw puzzle, drag & drop.
Alzheimer's patients test negative on this.
