Two Great Core Strength Books

If you need some great resources for strength training, "The Female Body Breakthrough" by Rachel Cosgrove and "The New Rules of Lifting for Women" by Lou Shuler and Casandra Forsythe are really good.

Your timing is perfect. I was just thinking about the off season on yesterday's ride. Thanks a bunch, Integrate. I will check those out!

Please feel free to ask any training questions that you've got. There's a post in the Training Forum detailing where a cyclists off season should begin: in the gym.

These books will definitely help on that front.
