180!!

No, I did not ride 180 miles in a single blow.

But, I did weigh 180 lbs this morning - a weight I have not seen for maybe 40 years or so. During a period of time of extreme stress in my life, being a "stress eater," I got up to 247.

I have been working very gradually, over a long period of time, on losing weight. When I got under 200 lbs, I thought, "Well, I no longer qualify for "Clydesdale."

180 + or - 2 pounds is about where I want to be. I look good and feel good.

Since we're talking weight I won't say go for the 360..........If we were talking bike, motorcycle, snowboard or skateboard tricks then yeah, go for the 360.....congrats on being under 200.

wow! 180 is great. that's where I want to be in my mind but my stomach wants me at 195 - 200 and so far, its winning.

doc wants me at 150ish but I haven't weighed that since I was 21 and active army doing pt 5 days a week so I don't even have 150 on my list of things to do in life. 1750 - 180 is doable though.

glad you are there, maybe I can join you next year
