I plan on posting once a week as to how my progress is going. I won't be using any specific diet plan per se, but I think that I am going to use knee's recommendation and pick up that book. I have used Weight Watchers and it seemed to work fairly well and I am getting better at what to/not to eat.

My Goals are.
1.Loose a good amount of weight that im happy with, i'll be happy to get to 13 stone or 182 lbs. i think im around 15 at the moment, will have to update as am a little shy of the scales.
2. to be come regular in sportives , and bike rides, i cycle on me own, but im hoping to encourage one of my friends to get on a bike and come out with me.
3. Is to keep it up through the winter, i have my rollers now and im going to stick at it! Fed up of getting fit in the summer then loosing it when the weather gets bad !
