Baselines for Midwest Bike Trainer Challenge

Challenges must be made in the other thread - let's populate this thread before the snow hits

Mine for 10 miles

Average Cadence = 92
Average HR = 137, Max 158
Average Speed = 17.7
Time = 33:15

Once we have the baselines posted we can simply add our race times in the same post by using edit to add the race time. I will then determine % improvement and post the results in the challenge thread.

when the weather gets horrible here in the midwest we are going to race each other on our trainers - will be based on % improvement - we will really be racing ourselves but whoever improves most wins hence the baseline

Mine for 25 miles, strumming through the gears - hard to keep motivated - no coasting & bad Netflix movies do not replace nature

Average Cadence = 81
Average HR = 111, Max 142
Average Speed = 14.1
Time = 1:41:45

Includes 2 mile slow warm-up.
