On the bright side, whatever has been messing with my respiratory tract seems to have cleared up quite a bit.

I'm still on the inhalants, getting over... whatever it was. X-Ray came back negative for pneumonia, so I guess we're calling it bronchitis. Got my HR all the way up to 135 at swimming last night, the best I've done without dying since Christmas.

my head feels like it's stuffed with cotten, my sinuses like they're going to explode
and my chest? well there's this heavy tightness (no not heart attack kind) and a
wracking cough, all since yesterday.

I come across them all the time. From road bikers to people who only ride single speeds. Haven't came across too many in the mountain bike scene.

Also I have found most local bike shops to be filled with elitist employees.
