Kiki's Delivery Service - they have a cool bike with a propeller on front to pull it - the kid uses it to train for the human-powered plane he's building.
Run Lola Run - has a great scene with a guy chasing a tramp who's on a bycycle. Good music for this.

Triplets of Belleville - for you long-distance race fans (and Tour de France folks) - this movie lampoons cyclists and gives me a smile. The cyclists are all whippet thin, with huge thighs, and they gasp like horses.
