Hey. What a great day! Nice high-speed bike ride to the gym, 10 miles. You should see the look on the face on these tricycle drivers when I scream pass them I pass cars also. I don’t care I’m going to the gym, get out of the way.

Had a great workout, didn’t say a word until I was finished then had my great ride home after leg day, a little slower then the ride going there.

I was fueled by oats, nutra-sweet, raisins and Saigon Cinnamon . Fixing to have brown rice, tuna fish. onion and egg for lunch.

I’m a happy old man, going to get another wall sanded and ready for paint today. My cycle back to the hardware store and see if they have a broken bag of cement I can use for patching nail holes in blocks.

I stay busy, do or die.

I am tired out from reading all that you have done.
I think that the snow has melted enough I might go out and ride a short one

I do that three days a week plus tomorrows ride of 20 miles if I get aroundtoit.

I love the “Leg Press” machine.

A very very good workout today, just great legs today. I feel great about myself. I rode the bike 10 miles at a very fast pace, (Can’t let the locals see me dragging even if I am) then added an extra three miles going by the Vets for Heartworm stuff for the dogs on the way back.

Pure sunshine and 92 degrees at 12pm.

Looks like your are getting it done. I rode 11 miles mon, and 20 yesterday , it is raining today and snow thay say for this afternoon. I can use a day off the new bike put a hurt on me. nead some ajustment and maybe a new saddle.

Hey look at those prostate saddles. I have two of them for the road and city bike. Be sure to offset the nose a 1/4 inch or less, just a little for room.

Glad you are getting out. How about a gym?

I never had to use a saddle with a hole befor. I did lower the nose of the saddle .5dg about the thickness os a dime, on the weights I was going to the gym but had some dizieness, my hart Dr. sad I was consticting the blood vessels no more weights.

It's a split not hole, the hole is a Terry saddle for women. Try the prostate saddle you'll like it. And do put in that little offset, it sure helped me.

AS to the gym I don't know but guess you got to go with the doctor and you are riding so that's great.

How old are you dude?
