OK, this is what I VOW!

Starting today, right now I will lose 40 pounds at the rate of 1 pound a week.

I eat right, I just eat to much. From this moment on I will cut my food in-take by half and I will eat very slow and I will do push backs from the table.

So Mote It Be.

Good luck. This winter has put a lot of weight on me 249.9# now. I just love food is my problum. The book that came with the new bike said something about 250# for the rider and 25# for the gear max I think. I better go look at it again.

I need to start getting back in shape. Good thread for motivation. You should do a before and after picture.

Wildman, so what are you going to do?

I am changing my life style if that's what it take.

I will get to 200# this year, I will lose a pound a week.

My diet software said I have to eat "ONLY" 500 calories less a day. I'm sure I can do that!!!

Dean, that picture in my avatar is only a few months old.

I'll see what I can do about a picture a week.

Why don't you start a diet thread and we'll all post over there.

Come on Dude, join in and we'll do this together.

I got one pound off today and that's a weeks worth if I can keep it off.

Drinking hot green tea right now. Getting ready for bed.

Come on!
