Those two words are used interchangable all the time to mean the same thing. Do I have vintage or classic cars? It doesn't matter. Supposedly vintage describes things of high quality of an era gone by that made things like cars, wine, etc; classic is supposedly describing something to do with the arts, like writing, painting etc. But Americans don't use the words the way a dictionary would define them, we mix them all up so neither is incorrect or correct, we just know what one means when one of the words is used.
