Nice 30 mile ride this morning with some great weather and, unlike yesterday, hardly any wind. With such a nice day, quite a few families decided to take advantage of it and head for the MUP. It was a packed house, but that was OK as I met my riding buddy there and we did a mostly chit chat ride.

Only 15 miles on the trainer today but that is after a weekend long seminar of learning & training hip hinges, lunges, squats and core activity - I am spent and my thighs are on fire! Integrate - you wold have loved it

I did 25-35 miles on the fort today in two hours. It was 61 degrees. For half of the time we practiced going around corners at 20mph with out breaking in a pack. That was rather scary. Still it was a fun ride.

Sure did , but nothing drastic . Probably 8 miles it was freezing ,so we turned back to our cars and went to Starbucks to thaw out . I took a screen shot of my phone at 5am and we meet to ride at 7 , it seemed it got colder . I usually set up the Cyclemeter to log the trip and take snap shots along the way but not today. This might not be extreme to most but we've had a mild winter this year . Yesterday it was in the mid 40 and today mid teens with high mile artic winds .
