I have to say that i watched all the grand tours this year (recorded them and re watched them many times) - and I can say without prejudice that I've never ever seen anyone ride like Alberto Contador - I am stubbornly patriotic when it comes to cycling, and I believe that team sky is a formidable force at the moment - but - none of sky's riders come close to this man - he is incredible!
Rodriguez is an amazing climber - it must be said ! But, Contador attacked in every discipline....
To be on that list I believe you have to be a truly great all rounder - Contador is just that!
