Online Bike Sales.

I'm looking online for things and so many times the best deal on what I'm looking for is being sold by a mom and pop organization in another state. If I have an issue how would I handle it? Has anybody here ever done anything like this? I'm not worried about big companies there are options there but the small ones it seems like a CL trade and every time I've bought some thing on cl there's an issue.

Re: Online Bike Sales.

Do a Google search to see what people have said about the shop. I rarely have any issues with online sales, other than eBay.

I'm looking into local law, if somebody on another state screw something up and you have to take them to small claims court do you file in your state our theirs?

It's been my observation that if you want results, you have to file in their state.

Your credit card should provide all the protection you'll need. If you're that worried, don't do it.
