Where do you buy this stuff at? I've heard of it but never found where to buy it.

Also main uses just energy on long rides for you road bikers or good for all of us?

LBS should carry GU or the like. I bought this at Performance Bike in Richmond,Va. Spent the day there yesterday and just wanted to see what the actual store was like. I get their emails al the time.

Anybody can use them. Use 15 minutes before a ride and every 20 miles or hour or so.

You can also get them at most GNC stores or their website. You may have to try a few of them in order to get the flavor you want. GNC will also order them for you if they don't have the flavor you want in stock. Another source is the GU Energy Labs website. I've ordered from them when none of my usual LBSs or GNC stores have it in stock and have to order it.

Interesting. I will have to give this a try. That peppermint looks pretty tasty.
