Good article! I can't tell you how many friends I try to tell this to, but many can't get over thinking that it's too boring. Somehow, those that try it get hooked and thank me for making their life healthier.

That makes me even more so wish all those years I had been a long distance runner I had instead been a cyclist.

Cycing does have an effect on our brain, crashing even more so. Not so much if you wear a helmet.
