Score!
Went on a little shopping spree between our local classified ads, and eBay.
Rigid fork for my Cannondale commuter, Headshok reducer, and stem = $85. Park truing stand, $40. New Shimano 9 speed shifters, brake levers, Ergon grips, plus two new saddles, including sweet Fuji for my project bike = $35.

I think I have some sweet tires for snow. Between the rigid fork and disc brakes, this bike may excel in crappy conditions.

Went to pick up a 24" MTB for my daughter to fix and give to her best friend, and the guy was supposed to throw in some old steel MTB. Got there, and he told me he was holding the adult bike for a week, as another buyer offered him $20. What? Yeah, so instead, he sells me a Trek 7000 (the 2nd MTB I ever owned) in really nice shape, that had been upgraded it to a RockShox Judy. It will make a nice commuter/light trail bike for someone. $40 for the pair.

It's a 1995 Trek 7000, which I have seen online for $100-300. I think I did ok there.
