Just changed mine last month. went from a mechanical style (which twisted) to a compressed air style set at 200 psi. works excellent so far no twist, and only a little travel. I'll post some photos when i I get home tonight.

I think the solution is to say "Seat post? Screw it! Trials bikes for everyone!"

I have often pondered the same thing. Thanks for the comments all...maybe I will check one out now.
