V brakes noodle replacement

i'm thinking of replaceing the noodles on my v-brakes with these:http://www.ebay.com/itm/370652390736?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p398 4.m1423.l2649
does these pullies work or just junk?

I've used the Caramba Smooth Operators, and I like them They clean up the look of your bike a bit, and work at least as well as a noodle.

I have three black ones, still in the package, if you're interested.
