I usually just ignore them, but if they slow up, like they are waiting for a "come-at-me-bro" response, I just look slightly away from them and wave slowly with all 5 fingers plainly visible, then take a side detour to stop and see if they go on ahead.

I laughed at "flash them", though.

I follow them and then I confront them when I find them. Usually they are not so brave when they are no longer yelling from the safety of their fast moving car.

Those are all great solutions, but I prefer the flashing, I assume everyone wants to see my chest anyways.
