I take a break from my Sabbatical to bring my new love:

Chimay
I'm under the Trappist's spell.
Forgive the glass. It's the best I could do at the time.
I hope all are well.
I'll be back & regular, soon.
Later,
Dos

Another list for you, Rola.
http://firstwefeast.com/drink/the-20-most-influential-beers-of-all-time/
I have had all except the Gablinger's and the Cantillion. I have even had Mr. McAuliffe's personal New Albion recipe and will be joining him Saturday night for the release party for the new New Albion that is going to be brewed by Sam Adams. How cool is that?!

Turns out it was just fine, just fine indeed!

Do you live anywhere near northwest Indiana? Three Floyds has an amazing scotch ale called Robert the Bruce. Dirty Bastard is one of my favorites of Founders as well.

I live in Southern Indiana and am familiar with and have had some of Three Floyd's offerings. I have in fact had the RtB you speak of! Good stuff for sure!

Hello Westmalle my old friend!
After sucking wheel this evening, sipping the suds of this fantastic, Belgian, Trappiste Monk Tripel is a welcome treat!
