Bike Laws

I think in my town you can get a ticket for not having a particular blinking light on your bike at night I am not sure about helmets, are helmet laws enforceable?

Does anyone else have these laws? I never had them anywhere else

They are out there and can be enforced. We don't have the problem here, but when we rode on Ft. Knox, they would write you a ticket for lack of helmet and I almost got a speeding ticket one day on a bmx bike. lol.

I've never heard of that one here in California. There is a helmet law, but only for 18 and younger, except for in certain communities where city ordinances dictate otherwise.
