The only thing I'm not too crazy about with it is that I had to take some extra steps to put my custom ringtones on it that I had on my last phone, it seems like Apple wants to make things more difficult for those of us who know what we're doing...
Thankfully I found a $2 app that lets me recreate them from a clip of a song that's loaded into the phone - but after saving the clip I have to open the app in iTunes, save the clip to the computer, then double-click each clip to load it into iTunes as a ringtone, and finally let iTunes put the ringtone back into the phone. A royal PITA, but definitely beats buying them - at $2.49 a pop those can add up very quickly...
