1980's Yokota review?

So I've found a beautiful bike that I really want to buy my boyfriend for Christmas, but I'm not sure about the specs of the bike itself and can't really find any reliable reviews. So I'm hoping someone on this forum has personal experience with this bike.
The seller and myself are not sure of the year the frame was built (and I completely forgot to even look under the BB for specs ) but from the looks of it I'd say its a mid-80's frame.
It is a steel-lugged Yokota frame - white frame with yellow headset and fork and the Yokota emblem in yellow and red on headset.
She has Shimano 105 and Exage Action components, Sakae drop bars (with a beautiful agressive drop), Quill stem, new Soma Everwear tires, and I believe a Mavic wheelset. Saddle looks nice and rarely used as well, but I can't remember the brand.

So, what I am asking more than anything here is - am I going to pay too much, or is $250 a deal?

Too much. Exage equipped bikes were in the $300 range in the mid-80s.
