Frankly Id rather go to my local bike shop to see the people there than have brown santa deliver it. Most of those guys are good enough friends that they could knock on my door drunk at 2 in the morning and be directed to the guest bedroom to crash without question.

Me too. 90% of my money is spent local whether it is bikes or other. Unfortunately on large purchases( and this is for me) they can't even begin to compete and I realize that's not what keeps the locals in business. I ride with these guys every week and party on the weekends with them and they understand and even suggest where to find good buys. That's how they continue to get the majority of my money on purchases. I saved well over 300 bucks on this purchase which results in that much more I have to spend locally.

I am done with upgrades this year. Mavic Ksyrium Elite wheels, Bontager race X lite tires, Bontrager X lite 7 degree stem and the SRAM Force drive train. Happy with the results !
