Have you ridden them? Don't dwell on the price of the bikes because a good deal may end up costing you if the bike doesn't fit properly. An improperly fitted bike will make your rides miserable and usually ends up in the garage collecting dustor quickly sold.
Post a bit more info on the bikes so we can get a better idea of what each bike has for components.
All three are high quality, Italian engineered bikes, although they may/may not be made there. If all the bikes are the same frame size, fit you properly, have the same or near the same components then it becomes a matter of which one gives you the biggest WOW factor from it's looks and from riding it. I'm partial to Colnagos, but good luck with whichever one you select and ride the crap out of it.

If you're only getting the frameset, then it's hit or miss on ride performance until you get the bike built. Of the three listed, the Willer model you listed is made in Italy. I don't know about that particular Nago or the Pinne. In looking at all the different bike brands, I have found that, in general, the top two or three models for any given manufacturer, outside of Taiwan, is made in their factories. The rest are Taiwanese or Chinese. My Colnago's frame is made in Taiwan, by Giant. However, I wouldn't let that be a major factor on which one to buy.
