Awesome choice Rola! 50% purchase price goes to Wounded Warriors. Sent link and wrist measurement to wife for Xmas list, not allowed to make any personal purchases this time of year. Looking forward to being a part of this.

I'll be getting this off the ground shortly, have some resto work to take care of first prior to going on a ride.

It's a spin off of this. Read this and see if this helps.

So we just do one ride somewhere and then send the bracelet along and then write something in the notepad?

My wife will love the buy your own bracelet to commemorate the ride. She has lots of wounded warrior stuff because we work with lots of war vets. I am always amazed at these guys, I never knew one of the guys had four purple hearts from Vietnam. I knew he retired as a first sergeant but didn't know anything else till one of the other guys told me. This guy is really quiet and never causes any trouble in the shop, he works solidly all the time without even any noise to know he is there. Another guys has two purple hearts, I have known him 8 years and didn't know he had two purple hearts. Another heck of a guy.

Yup, that's pretty much it. There will be one bracelet and it will be passed to each rider. It's pretty cool, log your ride(s) snap a few pictures from your ride(s) post them up here and send it along with the notebook and any comments you might have if feel so inclined to do so.

Stopped by the parents tonight. Mom surprised me when she asked if I wanted my Grandmother's flag that was presented at her funeral. I about teared up and choked out a, "Hell yea I do."
My Grandmother was a WAC in WWII. She was the coolest women I ever knew. And I was her favorite.
