Good point. Unless it's only for injury's sake that you do it. Then you would need it more when practicing.

Yeah, I have to concede that point to you.

Man Up!

First off, let me state that, although being blond, I am a very hairy 50 year old, bordering on "furry".

After a couple suntan lotionings of my legs, for some sunny summer rides, I decided to shave my legs, had to try it, at least once. First tip - a "Bic" doesn't stand much of a chance against inch long leg hair, knock it down first with electric clippers. Second - best method is - in a tub, after a warm bath.

Plusses:
1. Only need 1/2 the lotion & 1/2 the effort to do my legs.
2. Legs look impressive, muscled & tanned.

Minusses:
1. Be very careful with new razor, razor burn can be a real bitch, (especially near the pubic region).
2. Expect some itching and irritation, (especially ... you know where).

Other:
1. Actually enjoyed the feel of my legs, then I slipped into some silky shorts ... OH MY! ... I decided I better "Butch Up", and grow some hair back!

Oddly enough I laugh uncomfortably every time I read a shaving story. Any one else?
