I know this was posted a while ago, but I thought I'd reply. I recently found Stradalli and I'm in love - with all of it. I actually found that they had GREAT customer service. Ihat was one of the things that really sealed the deal for me with them. Patrick was very patient as I changed my mind time and time again and actually built my bike for me while I was there. To boot, he went and rode with me today to help me with any adjustments I might need. I think my new Napoli is the sexiest bike on the road right now. I love it!

The number to Stradalli is 954-283-8585 - you can also find their contact info at their website. http://www.carbonroadbikebicyclecycling.com/contact-us

I was so intrigued by this company I drove about 14 hours to their shop to check it out. They are a small outfit with really only 2 guys working there, 3 to include the owner. The guy who owns Stradalli has a motorcycle business and he races. He started Stradalli because he knew what he wanted to race and ride and decided to build it himself, so to say. It is really a pretty interesting story. He is German, like from Germany German, and after talking with him for about 2 hours I can see how a reply post might come across as being a bit harsh. Not an excuse but a little explanation - emails can really blow for that reason sometimes. They are all really great guys willing to help and answer any questions I had.

Anyway, I got a 2012 Napoli with Dura-Ace and the 50/50 wheel set. I did an hour on it today and it was awesome! I'm really looking forward to my ride tomorrow. My frame is a small and weights in around 15.7 lbs with extra spacers on the steerer tube, pedals, cages and two empty bottles. I hope you guys are both still enjoying your Stradalli products - let me know how they are holding up and if you ever got a hold of them.
