That's a lot to ask. I can probably source it all for around half whatever MSRP is.

I would recommend the use of Ultegra Barcon shifters, way less money and they perform on a par with Dura Ace.

Make sure you get the right Paul's thumbies, they make them for both mountain and road bikes.

That means that unless you're paying me to build your bike, it's an awful lot of work to figure out the total cost of all those parts. Even then, do you want MSRP, actual price at a shop, online prices (shipping?) or what someone with some connections could get it all for?
