Yes, those are dual discs. It's not my bike. It's from a google search, but I've seen them. They look fugly, but will ride up stairs.

OK....some look a bit more clown-ish than others,I'm still not going back to those little kiddie sized 26"ers though,the wheels get caught on every twig on the trail
