Insurance Coverage

I just recently hear that insurance companies can exclude benefits for injuries which occur while engaging in "dangerous activities" (which includes mountain biking) due to proposed Federal regulations that are currently in effect as interim rules. Insurance coverage itself can not be denied.

How about some a rate reduction for engaging in HEALTHY activities (i.e. MOUNTAIN BIKING!)????

This enrages me! Tell it isn't so??....

I agree, Doc, I haven't heard anything about this but then again I haven't tried to. And yeah, with the way things are and they way the world is going these days...I wouldn't doubt the b.s.!
