Newbie question

I just got a 2007 Stumpjumper and am looking for some easy trails around El Paso. Anyone know a good site to check?

Try Hiking Trails, Mountain Bike Trails & Trail Maps | Trails.com or American Trails - your national resource for trails and greenways

Also check out Bike Maps, Cycling Workout, Biking Routes | MapMyRIDE.

Many people will map the rides they do and you can search for rides in your area. Also you can use the site to map a ride you may be interested in to help you determine length, and elevation changes. It is a good resource.

You have to go up in order to come down. Why is the up part always so steep?
