Semi-Integrated Headset

What is the difference between a semi integrated headset and an integrated or internal headset exactly?

Please can someone recommend a light weight one to me?

Semi integrated is a headset that has the bearings contained within the head tube, but as opposed to an integrated headset, has a removable cup.

I pretty much only use King headsets. They are light and have a 10 year warranty which I've never had to use. For the semi integrated applications, King makes the Inset.

Couldn't have said it better. King makes the best stuff period. Headsets, Hubs and now BB's.
