I bought my Trek 6 series in black and silver almost 2 years ago form the Rincon Valley cyclery. In those 2 years I have had to replace both tires, and one chain. (The chain breaking was all my fault)
Over all I think this is a great bike. It comes with almost everything shimano and the front fork is a Rock Shock Dart 3. I really like this bike and would advise others to get it.

What features make you want to recommend it to others?

The fact that I have had it for so long and have done very little maintenance to it. That i am about 220lbs and 6'2 and have literally popped out both tires from jumping too hard and everything is still in perfect working order, no bent rims, or cracks in frame. Nada. looks brand new.... minus the mud and scratches.
