My boyfriend just picked up a SE Floval Flyer. He likes it except for the bars. They are not very wide. Like 23inches, I think he said. It makes him feel squirrely. He was told a wider bar makes a world of difference on that bike. Is that true?

Anyone here have the Flyer? Change bars? And if so, what did you go with?

Yes but remember that it is a 24 inch frame so it is a cruiser so you will need bars about 6 and 1/2 inches tall I would suggest Fly Expert XL bars they are 26 inches wide and 6.5 inches high but they have a weight limit of 120 lbs. You can order them from Danscomp .com I have a set on my Robinson.
