This is total crap ! I'm so tired of money, politics, and stature being a reason/excuse for not being responsible for your actions and or LACK of actions.
The district attorney's are elected officials are they not? If this is allowed to happen then I think politics should play it's part and the DA be voted out at the next election.
Yes, you would surely think so. The reality is probably something completely different though. Here is a very interesting post to read through. There are some well thought out responses and of course the typical run him up the flag pole by his nutz responses.
